Official Rules — #ItsCalledSoccer Giveaway

Alcohol-brand sweepstakes are regulated and vary by state. Confirm: prize value & registration/bonding thresholds, eligible states, alcohol-marketing compliance (no depiction of excessive consumption, 21+ targeting), and platform rules (Instagram promotion guidelines).

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of [ELIGIBLE STATES] who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
Employees of Newport Craft Brewing, Radiant Pig Craft Beers, their affiliates, agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.
Proof of age (21+) may be required before any prize is awarded.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins [START DATE/TIME ET] and ends [END DATE/TIME ET] ("Entry Period"), running alongside the 2026 World Cup. Entries outside the Entry Period are void.

4. How to Enter

Follow @itscalledsoccer on Instagram.
Post a public photo or story showing It's Called Soccer beer (with you, at the tap, or for sale in-store) — entrant must be 21+ and any people shown must be 21+.
Include the hashtag #ItsCalledSoccer and tag @itscalledsoccer.
Tag three (3) friends in the post or comment.

Limit: one (1) entry per person per day. Posts must be original, owned by the entrant, and not contain anyone under 21, illegal activity, or offensive content. Alternate (no-purchase, no-social) entry method available on request to [CONTACT EMAIL].

5. Prize

[DESCRIBE PRIZE — e.g., one (1) winner receives It's Called Soccer merchandise and/or beer where legally permitted, approximate retail value $___]. Prize is non-transferable, no cash equivalent, no substitution except by Sponsor. Any beer/alcohol component will be awarded only in compliance with applicable law and only to verified 21+ winners; Sponsor may substitute a non-alcohol prize of equal or greater value where required.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner(s) selected by [random drawing / judging criteria] on or about [DRAW DATE] from all eligible entries. Winner notified via Instagram DM and must respond and verify age within [X] days or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Rights, Releases & General

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost/feature your submitted content on itscalledsoccer.beer and Sponsor's social channels with credit.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta.
